Revomax products are built to last. With proper use, your Revomax products should serve you for many years. If your Revomax product fails to function properly within the next 3 years, we will gladly repair or replace the parts or the entire product for free. We genuinely want this to be the last flask you ever own.

We guarantee our products for next 3 years against any defects in material, workmanship, and performance, including flask vacuum insulation and the Revomax twist-free lid. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, improper cleaning, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this guarantee.

All claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase from a Revomax authorized dealer. To make a claim, please forward the following details to warranty@revomax.pt:
- Proof of purchase
- Specific details of the issue
- Supporting photos of the issue

All claims will be reviewed within 2 business days.

What happens next?
If your claim is warranted, we’ll either request you to post the product back to our office or send a replacement to your requested address. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product to us, but we will ship your product back to you free of charge.
